Excerpt of the curriculum discussed:

  • quoting sources fairly and appropriately;
  • paraphrasing accurately using a variety of vocabulary, grammar structures, and sentence patterns;
  • using discourse signals to mark source ideas; and
  • using a standard system of citation (e.g., APA).
